HOW WE ASSESS YOUR FITNESS…

  • UNDERSTAND YOUR GOALS: We work together to understand your goals, to set realistic exceptions of both you and the trainer. We go over any concerns (mental, physical or emotional) that you have and we continue to reevaluate and tackle concerns during your journey so that you don’t lose focus.

  • ACTION PLAN: Together we determine the best plan of action to tackle these goals. We talk about eating habits, water intake and sleeping patterns. We determine the best number of days that work for your fitness goals and your budget.
